Talk Careers builds focused tools for the people who hire, develop, and grow teams. Our first product is Hireshape — a team simulation tool that helps leaders see how a team performs before it ships.
Mission
The talent industry runs on intuition, spreadsheets, and software designed for HR departments rather than the people doing the work. We think there's room for a different kind of tooling — opinionated, focused, and made for the moments that actually shape a team.

The portfolio grows deliberately. Each product earns its place by being the best tool for one specific job — not by adding features to the last one.
Team simulation that shows how a hire reshapes the whole team.
Hireshape models the people side of a team — strengths, gaps, communication patterns — and simulates how a candidate or restructure would change it. Hiring managers see the second-order effects of a decision before they commit, and teams stop being assembled one open req at a time.

I am a storyteller, a context creator (yes, context, not just content), and a challenger in the company. I am the one who connects the dots in ways that make sense (and the dots can be people, ideas, business, partnership opportunities, and so on). I love drawing and showing a bigger picture, looking at any task from a different angle, and providing insight - everything that would lead to new solutions that work.
CTO / Co-founder
Software engineering madness. 15 years scaling consumer platforms to millions of users. Previously CTO at HealthTech Startup. Grew teams from 0 to 50-100 and built products 0→1. Expert in building solutions for regulated markets such as FinTech, HealthTech and Crypto. Advised government on regulations. Launched AI-products on mobile and web. Obsessed with developer experience and engineering culture.
